This practice represents Contractors that have been sued for Construction Defect and need a competent defense, while at the same time managing litigation costs. Typically, we handle cases for Contactors that for one reason or another find themselves without insurance coverage or denied coverage by their insurance companies.

Construction Defect claims can be very expensive to defend.  Therefore, many insurance companies have exclusions in their policies that not only expose the client to paying the claim, but also deny them a defense.  These exclusions are not always easily understood by the insured when they purchase the policy, and only after they are sued, do they discover their existence.
